Camp Weed Program Director

Description: The Episcopal Diocese of Florida is seeking applicants for the position of Camp Program Director. The director will be selected in early January and begin work in mid-February of 2016. This is a full-time resident staff position with accountability for designing, delivering and evaluating the camping program of the diocese. The director will report directly to the Executive Director of The Episcopal Center of Florida (Camp Weed and the Cerveny Conference Center) and work in concert with the Canon for Youth. The successful applicant will have at least six years work experience in organized camping with not less than two years as a director responsible for a full program. Understanding of Episcopal faith, polity and practice is highly desired. Salary, including normally provided benefits, will be commensurate with experience and professional success. Selected candidates will be contacted for interviews to be conducted in early November. Camp Weed is an established 91-year old program and is primarily located near Live Oak, Florida. In 2015, 421 campers were served.

Assistant Teacher for Afterschool Activities

San Jose Episcopal Day School


Description: San Jose Episcopal Day School is looking to fill an assistant teacher position in the Extended Day program. The position will be at least 15 hours a week, Monday-Friday. The assistant teacher in the Extended Day program will supervise a study hall, help students with their homework, organize free play activities, help prepare snacks and other daily duties. An ideal candidate is somebody who has experience working with children or somebody who is working on their teaching degree or certification and who is looking for experience with Pre K-6th grade students.

Extended Day Director

St. Mark's Episcopal Day School


Description: St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School is seeking a Director of the Extended Day Program (EDP). This person is responsible for overseeing all programming, staffing, and administrative duties. The EDP Director must be able to effectively supervise staff working with children age one through sixth grade as well as communicate with parents and students. Children's Bible Sunday School Teacher
