On an annual basis parishes and missions are advised and
requested to spend time with an outside consultant appointed for
the occasion, to review the goals and objectives that have been
mutually agreed upon by the priest and lay leaderhsip. The
information which follows is not meant to a "one size fits all" but
it can be used as a guideline and adapted as necessary to
circumstances.
