The Ruge Hall Student Center

Constructed in 1931with private foundation money and support from the Diocese of Florida, Ruge Hall has provided spiritual direction and guidance to the students of Florida State College for Women and now the students of Florida State University, Florida A & M University and Tallahassee Community College.

Ruge Hall is on the National Register of Historic Places

The Keystone Society

Your regular support through the Keystone Society will provide our college students with:

  • Engaging programs for spiritual growth
  • Scholarship assistance for church conferences and retreats
  • Opportunities for Christian Fellowship
  • Resources for Bible Study, and opportunities for Christian Formation
  • The tools needed to build Christian Community and offer the best in Episcopal Worship
  • The preparation, strength, and encouragement to go forth from their college experience as faithful leaders for the future of the Episcopal Church

Membership in the Keystone Society will provide you with:

  • Updates each semester on the work of The Episcopal University Center
  • Invitations to open houses, alumni/friend receptions, concerts, and other special events
  • An Integral connection with the Episcopal Church's ministry to college students in Tallahassee

Thursday Night Food, Fun and Fellowship Dinner Sponsor

Many of our thursday night dinners are sponsored by friends and parishioners of local Episcopal Churches. These volunteers both cook meals here at the Ruge Hall Kitchen facility or they being the food with them and use the facilities to serve the food. Many just donate money to help with the cost of the dinners. Any way you can help with this ministry will be greatly appreciated. If you or your group would like to sponsor a dinner here at the EUC, just send us a e-mail at rugehall@comcast.net and put "Thur.dinner sponsor" in the subject line. We will contact you back and set up a time for your dinner. If you would like to help defray the cost of the dinners with a monetary gift just send us a note with your check to the address listed above. EUC Mission Trip Scholarship Fund

There are many opportunities throughout the year for students to attend conferences and go on mission trips to various parts of Florida and the U.S. There are few things in life that make a lasting impression on someone the way a mission trip does. This year we are making plans to go to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi to render assistance to the Diocese there in their efforts to get back on their feet from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. rugehall@comcast.net and put "Scholarship Fund Sponsor" in the subject line. The Ruge Hall Endowment

Persons wishing to remember The Episcopal University Center in their will are encouraged to do so and to contact the EUC for any assistance they may need. Gifts can be made to the General Operating Fund of the EUC or to the Memorial Garden.
