Virginia Johns coordinates this ministry.  We feed the students at the chapel every 4th Sunday.  We leave the church at 3:45 p.m. in time to serve dinner by 5:30 and usually stay for the service beginning at 6 p.m.  Anyone is welcome to come and join and help serve at any time.  If you would like to help prepare food, please see Viriginia Johns any Sunday at the Coffee Hour!

A Home Cooked Meal                                                                         Rev. Nancee Martin-Coffey

There were so many we had to feed them outside             The host from St. Marks, Virginia Johns, with Diana Wolf,
Marianne O'Neill from St. Mark's, Rev. Nancee, Barbara Noegel
from St. Mark's and lead singer, Garcia from the Chapel

Following dinner there was a
beautiful Eucharist and during that time the Rev. Nancee blessed the students notebooks and backpacks.  She challenged everyone to think about what had brought them to the chapel and what motivated them to come to this place.  The music was awesome, the prayers were heartfelt and the Holy Spirit was very much in evidence.

Following the service, everyone came together for dessert which was a huge "Bit of Heaven" Cake baked by Gene Noegel of St. Mark's and as you can see  after being attacked by some 50+ dessert loving persons, very little remained.....
