Caregivers Support Group

Caring for a loved one can be one of the most meaningful and exhausting things you’ll ever do. Whether you’re supporting a parent, partner, friend, or child, it’s easy to feel isolated or overwhelmed. You don’t have to carry the weight alone.

St. Mary’s now offers a faith-based Caregiver Support Group, providing a safe, compassionate space to share your journey, gain emotional support, and connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through.

We meet every other Wednesday from 1:30 – 2:30 PM in the Parish Hall River Room. All caregivers are welcome, especially those seeking to participate in a faith-based support group.
