Bishop Howard and the Archdeacon, Mark Richardson will be at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Palatka at 9:30 a.m for a celebration of the churches 169th birthday. Father Bob Marsh’s 40th anniversary to the Priesthood will be also be celebrated!
