Conflict Transformation Resources from the Steering Committee for Healing and Reconciliation

Dear Friends,

The Steering Committee for Healing and Reconciliation in the Diocese of Florida created a Conflict Transformation page on the diocesan website to support all of the diocese’s organizations and communities in a healthy, spiritual, and Christ-centered life.

In the video below, The Rev. Justin Yawn, Julie Davis, and Byron Greene introduce the Conflict Transformation Resources, offering a first look at the practical tools now available to help your congregation navigate conflict with grace and transparency.

The webpage is a work in progress and may be added to as the diocese discovers additional beneficial resources. We hope these resources help the diocese engage in healthy, canonical, and functional convening of its bodies and tend to conflict equitably, lovingly, and responsibly. We offer these tools as resources for those who value shared authority among clergy and lay alike and who honor the holy work of administration.
