2026 Annual Report for Non-Parochial Priests & Retired Priests Please fill out and submit the form below for renewal of your license to function as a non-parochial priest in the Diocese of Florida and/or to remain in your present tenure. You are also certifying compliance with the completion of required training in the prevention of sexual misconduct against both children and adults (Safe Church). Annual reports are due no later than March 1, 2026. Title I, Canon 6.2 from the Constitution and Canons of The Episcopal Church (2024 edition): “Every Bishop, Presbyter, or Deacon whose report is not included in a parochial report shall also report on the exercise of such office, and if there has been none, the causes or reasons which have prevented the same.” While retired clergy are not required by national canons to submit a report solely because of retirement or occasional services (such as funerals), the Diocese of Florida requests this brief annual report from retired and non-parochial clergy in order to maintain accurate records, confirm good standing, and support safeguarding and administrative needs. Submitting this report does not imply an active appointment or ongoing ministry. Please check here if you wish to request a license for the current calendar year.
