Introducing E.P.I.C. Regional Meetings

Episcopal Parish Insights and Community
#EpiscopalProfessionalsinChaos

We are excited to introduce a rebrand and expansion of our former P.O.S.T. (Parish Office Staff Together) gatherings with a new name — E.P.I.C. Regional Meetings. Our mission continues to bring us together to Engage, Prepare, Inspire, and Connect. We hope to broaden participation using this new format and create a dynamic and supportive network for parish office staff across ALL five regions.

These regional meetings are designed to bring together parish administrators and staff for connection, collaboration, and mutual support as we strengthen our shared ministry throughout the Diocese of Florida.

Purpose of E.P.I.C. Regional Meetings

E.P.I.C. gatherings will provide a collaborative space where parish staff can:

  • Check in with Diocesan staff to share needs, challenges, and areas where additional support would be helpful.
  • Share strengths, gifts, and effective systems so that others may benefit from what works well in your parish.
  • Build community through learning from one another, developing relationships, and celebrating successes.
  • Exchange success stories and best practices that inspire and strengthen our collective ministry.

Meeting Frequency & Logistics

Recognizing how busy parish offices are, we will be seeking your input on how often these meetings should be held—quarterly, twice a year, or annually.

Lunch will be provided at the first four regional meetings. Future gatherings may move to a brown-bag or small-fee lunch format.

Diocesan Partnership

Diocesan staff will be present at all meetings to listen, connect, and offer resources. This forum is intended to help us identify what is needed to support and strengthen our parishes as we grow together in ministry.

We look forward to seeing you at one of the upcoming E.P.I.C. Regional Meetings and hearing your insights as we begin this exciting new chapter together!
