She will lead key HR areas including benefits management, payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and policy development. Shannon Sweeney joins us with a wealth of HR leadership experience from Fortune 500 companies like Bristol Myers Squibb, CSX, and Bechtel. Her background includes talent mobility, HR services, compliance, and leading large-scale transformation efforts. Most recently, she led regional talent mobility and immigration services across the Americas at Bristol Myers Squibb. At CSX, Shannon held key HR leadership roles, centralizing operations, leading a cloud HCM transformation, and improving onboarding and benefits processes. At Bechtel, she supported a global workforce and achieved significant operational savings through policy and vendor improvements. A collaborative leader passionate about employee engagement, DEI, and workforce development, Shannon brings both strategic insight and a heart for service.
