The Call: Clergy Leadership Series

The Bishop’s Institute for Ministry and Leadership invites you to take part in a leadership series of three upcoming virtual forums with your fellow clergy as an opportunity for collective sharing and learning

“The Call: Clergy Leadership Series” will be facilitated by The Rev. Adam Greene, Head of School at Episcopal School of Jacksonville, Dale Beaman of Beaman Coaching, and Douglas Dupree of Bishop’s Institute.

The first forum, Leaning into the Call, will take place on Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and will focus on our initial call to ministry and a reflection on where we now find ourselves at this stage in our ministry.

The Rev. Adam Greene will share his call – from a career in international banking to school ministry – to illustrate the uniqueness of what each of us brings to ministry and as an encouragement to all of us to reflect on our ministry.

In parts two and three, a small panel of clergy will join Adam to explore further the call to ministry and aspects of leadership. The second forum, Leadership in a Time of Crisis or Challenge, will take place on Thursday, December 9, and the final forum, Navigating Polarities, on Thursday, January 6, 2022, both from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Learn more about Adam and insights he will share by watching the video below.
